We do not ship or deliver any physical or original copies of certificates or documents. Instead, we deliver electronic copies of documents and certificates directly to the user's registered email address. These electronic copies will be sent in a PDF or editable format and can easily be printed out by the user for their convenience.
In the rare event, we receive any physical copies of documents or certificates in that case we will ship or deliver the physical/original copy to the address provided by the user. However, please note that additional charges may apply for this service.
It is important to note that we do not entertain any requests for the physical delivery of documents or certificates under any circumstances.
